Steven Rinehart
Steven Rinehart is a registered patent attorney working in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is licensed Utah, Virginia and before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Court of International Trade in New York. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law in 2003 and did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah. He has handled hundreds of UDRP domain name disputes and nearly 100 trademark and IP cases in federal courts, including Virginia, Florida, Idaho, California, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New York and Pennsylvania. Before becoming a lawyer, he started and sold several internet companies. We are in the process of moving all of Steve's old shows to YouTube where they can be more easily accessed. Many of Steve's talk radio shows on historical topics are frequently downloaded. Clips from Steve's shows on DB Cooper have been used with permission by the Washington State Historical Society in their 2013 - 2014 exhibit on DB Cooper. Many of this other shows are streamed frequently, including his shows on Howard Hughes, Kennewick Man, and the RMS Lusitania. Steve had the privilege of working with Gregg Bemis, owner of the Lusitania salvage, and visting Ireland with him in 2019, including meeting with Ireland's Minister of Culture and Heritage aboute exploring her wreckage. From 2005 - 2011, Steve interviewed all the members of Utah's Congressional Delegation on the air, including Rep. Jason Chaffetz, Rep. Chris Cannon, Rep. Rob Bishop, Sen. Mike Lee, and others.
